I am an Insurance Broker, I am around Real Estate agents on a daily basis. When it came time to buy our first home, I had a wealth of "friends" that wanted to help. I gave some a shot, some where helpful, others where complete disasters. After a few months, we began to feel hopeless and started to contemplate the idea of just renting for a few more years. That's when Sherry came into our life. On our first meeting, she took the time to get to know me and my family. She asked detailed questions about our likes, dislikes and must haves. Within 24 hours she had a list ready of homes that matched our criteria. For the first time we were ready to make an offer on a house. Throughout the entire negotiation process she made us feel like we really had someone in our corner who was knowledgeable about the market and had our best interest in mind. Her advice was key, I am hard headed sometimes, but Sherry was there as the calm voice of reason. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Sherry was accessible at all hours of the day and even late in the evening. Sometimes I would get personal emails/texts at 10 or 11pm from Sherry letting me know that a new home matched our criteria, we were the first to see many homes because of her amazing work ethic. This was during the summer and it was very competitive, we ended up losing a few offers but Sherry kept our spirits up and was an extremely good negotiator and even tho my wife was picky and I was a real stickler about keeping to a budget; Sherry was able to find us the perfect home. I cannot recommend Sherry enough, she is truly the best Real Estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I have recommended her to my family, my friends, and if you happen to be reading this and have not decided who your real estate agent will be, please consider Sherry, she will exceed all your expectations.
